How much initial deposit is required?

To book your unit, a booking amount of 2% is required. You will then have to complete the 8% deposit within 1 week.

Can I re-sell my unit before completion?

Yes, as soon as you sign the sales and purchase agreement, you may sell the property to another buy and transfer the payment plan.

Do I need to be in the UAE to complete the purchase?

No, all paperwork and money transfers can be done outside of the country. We can schedule a video call with one of our agents who will give you a clear understanding of the project without being here in person.

What happens if I miss a payment?

You won't lose your property, but you will be required to make the payment as soon as possible. We can discuss a payment timeline that works for you in this situation.
